Cherokee & PHP

A look at how to install the super lightweight Cherokee web server on localhost with PHP support. Additional steps are required to set up a database, or to allow it to be accessable from the internet. I demo with Dokuwiki, which is a fantastic PHP flat file personal wiki. With a new setup, I thought I'd give the theme a bit of a freshen up too.
